  • All payments are processed via trusted third-party providers and protected with industry-standard encryption.

  • If you're eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

  • We do not store or have access to your payment details.

📦 Shipping

Processing Time: Most orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Custom orders may take slightly longer (details will be listed per item).
Shipping Carrier: We primarily use USPS (or other selected carriers), and tracking is always provided.
Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has shipped, but we’re always happy to help with tracking and support.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale items

📩 Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo—we’ll make it right!

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders

We love creating custom pieces! Please allow a few extra days for processing.
Important: Double-check all name spellings and event dates—once your order goes to print, changes may not be possible.

🌍 International Orders

We do ship worldwide! Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes

  • We are not responsible for customs-related delays
